Well Done Everyone!!!!

The home learning over the past few days has been excellent, and staff are delighted and impressed with the response from everyone.

We have had over 600 messages over the last two days, with relevant questions and ideas, all of which are very welcome, but obviously take a tremendous length of time to answer.

Therefore, to ensure that our dedicated staff are managing their own wellbeing at this time, I am sharing some guidelines that will hopefully create realistic expectations for everyone:

1. Staff will continue working their usual school hours and are online between 9:00 and 15:15 each day. They will endeavour to have contact with each child at least once each week.
2. Outside of these times staff will be unavailable.
3. Staff will continue to take their lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00.

At some point over the next few weeks, staff will be working at Dewstow Hub as part of a rota, caring for the children of key workers, and at this time will not be checking in online. They will however make sure that work is available for your child in advance.

We do hope you are all well and enjoying each other’s company, and as ever the ARW team of staff are greatly looking forward to the school being safely reunited!
