Sun 07 Jan 2018Happy New Year to everyone. A quick note to remind Reception parents that children should come to school in their pyjamas, dressing gown and slippers tomorrow for our Pyjama Day. Also many thanks to Mrs Lloyd and Mrs Taylor who volunteered to help.

Y6 Parliamentary debate and other news
Fri 30 Jun 2017On Thursday Year 6 took part in their own debate about HS2. Each pupil had a role as either an MP or staff member such as Speaker of the House. The pupils made strong cases for and against the scheme and ended up voting against the planned railway. The final votes were counted as AYE: 5 and NO: 19. A crushing defeat for Prime Minister Beasley.
Next week we will hopefully be speaking to John Bercow MP via skype (Monday) and meeting our local MP David Davies on Friday.
See some of our work on the Year 6 class page.
