  Dear Parents, Carers and Families,

   

  The school and After School Club Committee have been working together closely over the last few weeks to plan for the safe re-opening of our essential childcare provision. At this stage, there are still significant aspects to finalise and ‘sign off’, such as a robust risk assessment, and in order to have time for these aspects to be completed, we have a tentative date of the 14^th September 2020 as our opening date for After School Care and some form of Breakfast Club, subject to demand.

   

  This date will be confirmed once we start school, or sooner if possible, and further organisational information will be shared at this time,

  Dear Parents/Carers/Families,

   

  September is almost here and we are working hard on finalising and refining risk assessments and school organisation to ensure the safe return of the whole school community. We are currently receiving updated information from MCC regarding a range of aspects e.g. catering, transport, cleaning regimes, Breakfast and After School Club and there are further meetings scheduled with MCC and Head Teachers this week.

   

  I understand your need to have clarity, particularly around childcare, and as soon as I have definite information and dates that can be relied upon, I will inform you immediately.

   

  I am hoping to update you tomorrow once meetings have taken place.
